Appearence: tallish but is all skin and bone, pale skin, bark short hair normally messy. wears plane white shirt and genes. constantly he has a small but noticed device on his belt that auto injects something into has blood stream. has lots of water bottles with him
Personality: he will only talk to people if needs be. he likes to be alone and so is a bit of a loner. is sometimes fairly paranoid about is power and the government.
Power (if any, but not too god-mode-ish...): He can turn matter into energy, but only heat and light. this is artificially limit (read history). He can boil water at 100 meters set fire to wood at 50 meters. if he sat still and is really concentrating he can form a ball of light anywhere he has before. he can do different colours but with great difficulty. can see in intense light and immune to heat.
Pets (if any):
History (if any): parents killed in house fire he was in the house unharmed. adopted by a richish family. his power was discovered by there private doctor. he gave him a suppressant. that is the device on his belt and the second one by his bed is to stop him setting fire to the room. if he didn't have it the power he could release is unclear, but it is thought the it could as much as atomic bomb.

Fears: like most his abilities, freezing to death, government.
Favorite places to hang out: if he could a concrete jail several miles under ground.
