Rebecca entered the cafeteria. It was her first day here at Hall's Academy and she was so nervous she was even slightly shaking. Her eyes scanned the room. She spotted a nice empty table. Becca didn't want to risk sitting at a table and they all end up leaving. Grabbing a tray and piling it with her favorite food, she sat and began to chow down quietly.

"Hey, what's up?" Brett asked, sitting down at a table where there was only one girl. His question was directed to his friend Kori.
"The ceiling and my sister who totally got in trouble with a senior and was sent flying across the room. Last I saw her she was hanging from the ceiling." Kori responded, sitting next to Brett.
Rose entered the Cafeteria, looking quite infuriated, "I heard that, and I am not hanging on the ceiling." She spat between clenched teeth.
"Speak of the devil. Hi Rose." Kori laughed. She then turned to the girl that they had rudely interrupted her peace. "Hi, I'm Kori, I haven't seen you around here before. Were you at the opening feast?" She asked, not recalling seeing her there.
“You guys go ahead and get your food. I’ll go save us a table,” Evan called to Midna and Zack.
“Aren’t you going to eat something?” Midna asked. She had noticed how thin and sickly Evan looked, but she had just assumed it was from the accident.
“Actually, he doesn’t eat,” Zack answered Midna.
“What?! Why?” said Midna.
“I can’t,” Evan said, looking down. “Everything I eat just-“
“Ooh! Ooh! Show her what you can do!” Zack shouted, bouncing up and down.
“Oh, fine, go get me something that won’t make a mess…” Evan shot an annoyed look at Zack. He turned to Midna. “He thinks it’s so hilarious, but I think it’s just gross...”
Zack ran up to the drinks and grabbed a bottle of water. He rushed back, handing it to Evan.
“Okay, ready?” Evan asked. “Ladies and gentlemen, the main attraction!” he said with a flourish and took a swig of water.
SPLAT! The water passed right through his tail and hit the floor.
Evan bowed as Midna made a gross-out face and Zack laughed.
“Eeeew…” Midna laughed. “I don’t know if I can eat anything now!”
“Just go up and get your stuff. We can sit here.” Evan said to Midna, smiling.
Midna smiled back as she walked to the salad bar. Zack tried to follow her, but Evan caught him by the arm.
“Not so fast,” he said to Zack in a mocking tone. “You wanted the show, so now you get to clean it up.” Evan said, handing Zack a napkin dispenser.
Rebecca looked up and saw a couple of people there. "Oh, hi" she replied nervously, setting down her peanutbutter sandwich. "I'm new here. My name is Becca" She eyed the two and scanned them carefully. Were they nice? Mean? I guess she'll soon find out.
